Terms and Conditions: HOLIDAY VOUCHER

This voucher entitles the end user for a Family’s Day Out (this includes 2 adults and 2 kids of upto 8 years of age) from Monday to Sunday at a selected resort across selected cities in India. ?
The voucher can be redeemed on advance bookings only.
A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days' advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
Offer includes: Welcome Drink, Lunch Buffet / Set Menu for 2 Adults & 2 Kids (Upto 8 years of age) only & Evening Snacks ?
In addition, the voucher holder will also receive 1 complementary activity available at the venue (if any) for 2 adults and 2 kids of up to 8 years of age. ?
The voucher holder is required to carry the government issued ID Proof clearly mentioning their name and Date of Birth and are also requested to carry ID proof for all children which clearly shows their Date of Birth for verification at the venues on arrival.?
To claim the voucher, the Customer to display valid identity & Address Proof (Pan Card /Voter Card / Ration Card / Passport / Driving License, etc.), Birth Certificate/School ID Proof for kids at participating venue/resort along with original holiday Voucher (Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted)
Any additional people including kids above 8 years accompanying the Holiday Voucher holder / Customer will have to pay full price at actuals as charged by the participating venue/resort/Big City; and such additional people entry to the venue/resort to be booked / reserved in advance and is subject to availability.
Particulars of visiting persons is to be provided to our booking team at the time of booking. No variation in the visiting party can be allowed once booked.
Any equipment, apparel required to participate in the free activities such are to be brought by the ?customer. The resorts will not provide the equipment or apparel required to experience the complimentary activity. ?
The complimentary activity offered may vary from venue to venue. You will be informed of the complimentary activity in advance during the time of the booking. They will include experiences such as Swimming pool access, access to sporting and recreational facilities, etc. A maximum of 1 (one) activity will be provided on complimentary basis. ?
Additional services such as Accommodation, Parking Charges, Corkage, Telephone charges, cost of additional food and beverages ordered, Paid Activities etc at the venue are not included in this package and are to be Borne by the voucher holder extra on actuals. All additional services will be charged as per normal menu rates at the venue. ?
Any additional people accompanying the voucher holder will have to pay full price at actuals as charged by the participating venue/resort. ?
Participating Venue / Resort cannot guarantee the availability of the experience for any additional individuals, children, accompanying the voucher holder. The voucher holder is requested to call the venue / resort in advance to the check the availability for additional guests who are to accompany them and pay in advance directly to the resort / venue prior to their date of booking.?
During booking you may be required to provide any one form of photo identification which may be validated at the resort. Forms of ID which are accepted include Aadhar Card, Voters ID, Pan Card, Driver's license, Passport. Please ensure you carry this same form of ID while visiting the resort on redemption. ?

To avail the experience, you will need to present your voucher at the venue upon your arrival.
The Family Days out voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer of the Promoter (“Max”) and / or marketed by the resort.
We consider a venue within a 200 kms from the city of your purchase to be in your area. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD will use reasonable endeavors to recruit a venue in your area, but if this cannot be guaranteed you will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey time of greater than 200 kilometers. Such an offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations to you. ?
In event of non-availability of promotional venue on requested date, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to offer alternate resorts or dates within +/- 3 dates from the requested date.
Participating venues reserve the right to vary their conditions of acceptance of the voucher and their normal entry conditions or restrictions (concerning dress code, minimum. age, times, dates & other matters). Customers are requested to check with venue prior to arrival. ?
The availability of venues will be limited during the special occasions including but not limited to public holidays, Festivals, Long weekends, Elections. In such cases you will be required to select an alternate venue or date to redeem your experience.
If you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the appointment, or do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed. ?
Any changes or rescheduling of your bookings need to be made 48hrs. prior to the date of redemption.
As part of the terms of this promotion the venues/resorts do not entertain direct walk in customers. All customers are requested to make reservations in advance via promotional website 48 hours prior to their intend date of redemption.

Terms and Conditions : MULTI REWARD VOUCHER

1. 3 Months Zee5 Subscription

Post the issuance of the unique code to the customer, the customer has 30 days to claim the reward from the said Partner Offer code, beyond which the code shall stand invalid. One code can be redeemed only once.
The Zee5 Subscription Vouchers are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
This voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
Validity of Vouchers cannot be extended; new vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
ZEE5 Voucher gets you premium subscription service from ‘ZEE5’. Users get access to unlimited premium content on ZEE5 for the specified period of the subscription on Voucher.
The subscription can be used by new ZEE5 users. Those not registered on the service will need to register themselves first.
To avail of the Zee5 Voucher option, go to the www.Zee5.com/ZEE5 application and select the specific plan the Voucher is for. Customers can enter the Voucher details in the E-Gift Card section in the payments options.
This service is only available on the Web, Android app, and iOS.
The Zee5 Subscription Voucher offers are subject to promotional availability. This E-Gift Card has monetary value only for ZEE5 services or products.It is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash.
ZEE5 accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of the Voucher.
Availing the Zee5 Voucher is voluntary, and subscribers need to accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions available at https://www.zee5.com/termsofuse, and these Terms & Conditions, including any amendments and modifications thereto, which shall be deemed to be binding on them.

3 Months Amazon Prime Membership Subscription Voucher

1. This 3-month Prime membership offer ("Offer"), is provided to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") on the website www.amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in"), in respect of Amazon.in Prime membership ("Prime") made available by Amazon. Under the offer the customer will be eligible to receive Rs. 329 Amazon Pay eGift Voucher which can be used to buy 3 Months Amazon Prime Membership.

2. This offer is in relation to the 3-month term / tenure of Prime ("3-Months Prime") which is a limited period promotional offering, unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability.

3. These terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Prime terms and conditions ("Prime Terms") and the applicable Privacy Notice, to which you agree by availing Prime. Post the auto-renewal of your Prime to the annual plan, you will have the option to cancel membership any time or elect to auto-renew your Prime membership on monthly basis in future.

6. The Prime Membership Voucher once activated cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from availing this 3-Month Prime, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing this Offer.

Terms and Conditions - Rs. 200 Zomato Voucher

1. This offer entitles the end user Rs. 200 off on the Food Partner App (Zomato) in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher

2. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.

3. The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges.

4. Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and participating restaurant.

This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or sale and cannot be used in conjunction with any another promotional offer. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.
The “How to Use” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. In the event of large promotional uplift, venues reserve the right to book voucher holders up to 6 months from the date our agents call you to make a promotional booking. In such cases the voucher holder will have option to choose an alternate venue or alternate date during the promotion period.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
